Is anybody else having trouble pulling up films from the LDS site. I just got a couple of leads that I'd like to verify and I am having trouble with the Jalisco films. Arrrgh! If it's a site problem, how do we go about letting them know? Thanks.

Yes I also had problems with the LDS site. For me it started on the 20th of this month. When I went to search the images for both Jalisco and Zacatecas it would only allow me to advance one image at a time. But if you wanted to view # 300 and you typed 300 it did nothing and if you tried the arrows again it would advance to the next image from your last starting point. The way I got around that is to type the number you wish to view and press enter it will then show you that image. It does not do it on its own like before, Hope that helps. Saul
The same thing happened to me and like you, I advanced to the page I wanted and hit enter and then it worked. You can no longer just forward to any page number without hitting enter. Wouldn't it be nice if they told us ahead of time that changes were coming and how to deal with the changes.

I have also encountered the problems as listed below, and have found
the information helpful. At times, I receive the message "you must
be signed in"...which I just ignore. Also, the message "unable to
locate the image"... I just advance the arrow then, return
to the original image, and the image is on the screen.
Now, I'm unable to copy an image at the bottom of the page. I can not cut and paste nor can I highlight the image and print. When I attempt
to print, only the image at the top of the page is printed.
Has only one encountered this problem? any solutions.

If I'm not mistaken, I believe that family search will make some of these corrections to the site after October 31st. Not sure what all is supposed to change but according to a few people who'd been in touch with them regarding some issues, they were supposed to make the corrections after this date. I guess we need to be patient and wait to see what happens.

What problems are you having? I'm on the Guadalajara matrimonios at the moment and I'm not having any problems.

I have been on all morning with no problems. Maybe you need to restart your computer that helps sometimes.

Once I signed in I was able to view the films I needed. Thanks for your suggestions.
