You are fortunate to have ancestors from Nochistlan for two reasons: (1) the state of the church records is excellent, and (2) the baptisms have been extracted to 1875, and marriages to 1885.
In the window you will see boxes for first and last name, Enter "Jauregui" in the last name box.
Immediately below this is a line that begins with "Search by Life Events"; click on marriage. A new line will open asking for a location, and a date range.
For location, type "nochistlan, zacatecas, mexico," it is not necessary to capitalize the place name. Accents are not required.
If you press search at this point, you will get more than 49,000 results. Too many. So you need to narrow down the search. From the search parameter window on the left of the screen, type in a date range (try 1870-1885) which would seem reasonable for this couple based on other information you have. This will give a smaller list, but still way too many.
You can narrow down the search by clicking the check box next to the location name. This means the location must match exactly. This will give a much shorter list of all the Jauregui marriages in the 1870-85 period in Nochistlan.
If you are sure you have the name right, enter the first name. Use "Encarnacion", you don't need "Jose". You could also do this from the beginning, but you then won't get a sense of how many families there are with this name.
With "Encarnacion Jauregui" in this period you will get four results. Two for Ma. Enacarnacion Jauregui and two for Jose Encarnacion Jauregui. Click on the little triangle at the far right of the record will give a summary; clicking on the name itself will give you the full record.
Jose's is the one you want. With the information here, you can go to the digitized records, and view and download it. Since there are two with marriages to the same person, you've got to figure out why.
Don't take the Family Search index as absolute truth! You absolutely must look at the original record.
In a normal marriage, the record will say "case y vele." Sometimes a record will say "case y no vele," the second part of the ceremony is performed later. This could account for two dates. However, there may be other ecclesiastical reasons for this. There may be an annotation on the records that explains it; or there may not.
When you go to the digitized records, they are in date order, so the record should not be hard to find. Often, but not always, the name of couple is written in the marriage. This makes it a bit easier.
There was another posting today about someone wanting to use a professional genealogist. Sometimes, this can be helpful (and expensive!), but there is a lot of satisfaction in finding the records yourself. Besides, when you have success, which you will (trust me on this!) it is a lot of fun!
To get to the digitized records for Nochistlan Zacatecas, go to the following address: www.familysearch.org, click on USA, CANADA and MEXICO, >click on Mexico, > click on Mexico Catholic Church Records-Browse Images, 21 Dec, 2010 >click on Browse through 16,596,760 Images, > click on Zacatecas
>click on Nochistlan Zacatecas. Bookmark this page onto your desk top.
This will bring you to a page with the index for the type of register you are searching for and for the range of the years such as Bautismos/Baptisms, Confirmaciones/Confirmations, Entierros/Burials, Informacion Matrimonial/These are marriage investigations. Matrimonios/Marriage Records and Procesos Matrimoniales/Marriage processes.

The indexes may give you a record number: the first record in the volume is 1, next is 2, and so on. You just need to jump through the film until you get the one you need. Some films will have more than one volume of records, so don't make too big of a jump.
Some indexes will give you a folio number. That is, the front and back have the same number (this is sort of like numbering every other page of a book). The front will sometimes be identified as "21f" and the back as "21v". F = frente, and F = vuelta.
Some indexes will be by actual page number (this is the more modern records).
The first page of the index should identify the system they used.
Ocassionally there will be an error in the index. So, if you don't find your record, look a few pages before or after.

Do like Patty said. The dates are in order a majority of the time, although
it isn't always the case. Since you are looking for 13 May 1879 in film
226734 and corresponds with 1874-1880 per the library catalog of Nochistlán http://goo.gl/CRG21 then I know you are in the right book. Since 1880 is
the last year in the book the record you are looking for should be towards
the end of that book. Since there 449 images in the book the record I went
to image 300. The first record is for quince de Enero de mil ochocientos
setenta y nueve. So now I know it is only a four months until I get to May
so I jumped to 310. That has 18 de Febrero de mil ochocientos. Based on the
two previous records and their image number I assume each 10 images is a
period of one month for this book. So then I went to image 330. It is for
seis de Junio de mil ochocientos setenta y nueve. That means I went too far
after all. So going back 10 images to 320 it says treinta de Abril. So now
I know I have to go a few images forward. I will let you be the one to find
this record and future records based on this process since you will be
looking for many more.

Do like Patty said. The dates are in order a majority of the time, although
it isn't always the case. Since you are looking for 13 May 1879 in film
226734 and corresponds with 1874-1880 per the library catalog of Nochistlán
http://goo.gl/CRG21 then I know you are in the right book.
So now
