Here is the list of Escrituras/Tierras with microfilm numbers. I finished reviewing the first one microfilm number 169054:
https://familysearch.org/search/catalog/130728?availability=Family%20Hi…
I may be interested in looking at the next two 169055 (1729 - 1778) and 169056 (1700 - 1715). But I want to look at 169056 first to see if I can find my GGGGGGG Grandfather Antonio Madera that passed away sometime before 1709 of Minillas, Mezquitic, Jalisco

Out of curiosity I looked up those names in the internet and found "Pedro Antonio Gallardo" of the year 1696:

Thank you for that link. I'm a descendant of Francisco Martín Gallardo, the
son of Francisco Martín Gallardo and Teresa de Rodas. married to Catalina
Manrique de Guzmán on 5 November 1645 in Irapuato through their son don
José Martín Gallardo married to Teresa Camacho Riquelme. They had a
daughter Catalina Guzmán Gallardo born in Jalostotitlán that married Miguel
Moreno de Ortega from Lagos de Moreno for which they received a dispensa 26
December 1697. The genealogy of the Martín-Gallardo family is in *Retoños
de España en La Nueva Galicia* Tomo VI volumen 1.
Teresa de Rodas was the daughter of Benito Martín from Galicia, Spain and
founder of Irapuato and Teresa de Rodas, from from Trujillo, Cáceres,
Extremadura. Spain, daughter of Francisco Solano Calderón and Francisca
Jiménez Altamirano.
Francisco Martín Gallardo and Teresa de Rodas were also the parents of
Nicolás Gallardo de Rodas who married Juana Rincón de Ortega on 2 February
1650 in Irapuato , Guanajuato. Juana Rincón de Ortega inherited Ciénega de
Mata one of the largest haciendas in México situated just north of Lagos de
Moreno. The children of this family used the surname Rincón Gallardo. There
is a nice article on the family and Ciénega de Mata at
http://bibliotecadigital.ilce.edu.mx/sites/estados/libros/aguas/html/se…
which includes maps that show that the hacienda included parts of what are
now Jalisco, Aguascalientes, Guanajuato, and Zacatecas.
