I am hoping someone can help me identify/confirm Miguel's parents. I have
not been able to locate records of his marriage to Phelipa Galarza,
daughter of Antonio Galarza and Feliciana Carrillo de Sandi y Lopez de
Rubalcaba. I descend from his daughter, Feliciana Alonso de los Inojos,
baptized 2 Dec 1713 in Teocaltiche, where her sister, Juana Francisca, was
baptized in 1711. Feliciana married Bernardo de la O Contreras in
Teocaltiche on 11 Feb 1733. There are two other siblings, Pedro and Maria,
identified by their later marriage records. I suspect that Miguel is
related to Pedro Alonso de los Inojos and Ana Dominguez of Aguascalientes,
but have never been able to find documentation of a link. Another clue
that makes me think they are related is that the godparents of Juana
Francisca are Xptoval Flores y Maria Dominguez. Can anyone help?:

The two baptisms don't seem to show a huge connection to the Alonso de los Hinojos. There does appear to be some connection to the Flores de la Torre family though. The padrinos of Feliciana on her baptism are Nicolasa Flores de la Torre and Dionicio Macias Valadez. The padrino of her sister Juana Francisca is Cristobal Flores de la Torre, brother of Nicolasa Flores de la Torre, both children of Hernan Flores de la Torre and Gertrudis Ornelas. Cristobal Flores de la Torre's wife Maria Diaz/Dominguez seems to be a peripheral relative of the Alonso de los Hinojos at best. Maria Diaz/Dominguez is the daughter of Miguel Diaz Montanez and Josepha Diaz. Miguel Diaz Montanez is the son of Juan Montanez and Sebastiana Diaz, Sebastiana Diaz is the daughter of Miguel Diaz and Maria Medel and Maria Medel is the daughter of Pedro Medel and Ana Dominguez.

Sebastiana Diaz that's married to Juan Montanez is the sister of the Ana Dominguez that's married to Pedro Alonso de los Hinojos. That Ana Domiguez is the granddaughter of the Ana Domiguez married to Pedro Medel. Unfortunately I can't really connect your Miguel Alonso to the Alonso de los Hinojos.

Thanks for your quick reply. Do you know if Hernan Flores de la Torre and
Fernando Torres de la Torre, both married to a Gertrudis de Ornelas and
having children in Teocaltiche between 1675 and 1687 are one in the same?
Fernando Flores de la Torre and Gertrudis de Ornelas had a daughter,
Josefa, baptized 25 May 1684. I'm wondering if this is the same Josefa
Flores who married Nicolas Alonoso de los Ynojos, son of Pedro Alonso de
los Ynojos and Ana Domingues.

I’ve seen that couple and I don’t have parents for them but It’s not the
same Josefa Flores de la Torre. If you check FamilySearch, you’ll see that
couple had children born before 1684.

If "that couple" is Nicolas Alonso de los Ynojos and Josefa Flores, Nicolas
is the son of Pedro Alonso de los Ynojos and Ana Domingues, according to
Retonos. The parents of Josefa are not identified in that resource. I
would be interested to know if you think Hernan and Fernando are one in the
same.
