Tecolotlan, Jalisco 1930 Cenus

Hello-

Can anyone she insight on whether Tecolotlan's 1930 Cenus Records will go up on FamilySearch.org? I see alot of Jalisco is missing online. Was there not a Cenus collected for all regions or are those missing from their collection?
