Hi Jospeh, it's Daniel I might be of some help but not professional, which require maybe actually going to Los Altos and Spain and pulling some strings. I do have some resources when connecting to Spain. What line(e) and families is the individual looking at. Most Alteño families have already connected to Spain and with resources like published books can help. Familysearch might not be so much of a help when dealing with this subject. You could prob find some thing back to Spain but doubt you'll find a connection. Like the Romo de Vivar is one of those rare family search connections.
