Jose Luis, what you have are recessive genes for the attributes of blue eyes
and red hair, along with the dominant genes for brown eyes and dark brown
hair. If both of your parents had the recessive genes for blue eyes and red
hair, you would have a very high probability of having these recessive genes
manifest themselves as dominant and therefor giving you the blue eyes and
red hair. I hope this brief explanation will help in clarifying your
present genetic status.

General Digest, Vol 119,
Hello Bob,
It is actually more complicated than that. Both parents can have the "recessive" gene for blue eyes in which case they would be AG for rs12913832. Then the child can be AA, AG, or GG depending on which allele they inherit from each parent. If AA then extremely unlikely to have blue eyes and if AG then only a 7% chance of blue eyes. So both parents being recessive for blue eyes does not mean that the child would have a very high probability of having the recessive genes manifest themselves as dominant. José Luis is probably AG but could be GG and have another gene cancel out GG.
The situation is similar for the red hair gene. Even if both parents are dominant for red hair only 25% of their children are likely to turn out to be a redhead.
