Please be advised that in order to correct the ongoing issue of Microsoft/AT&T affliated emails bouncing on this website, the website data will need to be saved and re-installed. This means the website will be unavailable during this time.  I will be making backups of our system tomorrow morning at 0730 (Phoenix time).  The site return is contingent on my host provider working with me on this issue. Not sure how long this will take, as some of this is beyond my control, but will keep the outage as short as possible.
