BLASONS Y APELLIDOS, YES
Hello Patricia--
I was wondering if it is possible to send me the index to me about the Book on Heráldica y Blasones Apellidos? If it is too much! Mostly interested on the Camino, my mother's family were and still are in the nobility in Santander and northern España. (Might be listed as Pérez de, del, CAmino or simply as del Camino.)

BLASONS Y APELLIDOS, YES
To Patricia Burton:
Would you be willing to look up Juan Fernandez de Padilla? The initial
information I found listed him as son of Pero Lopez de Padilla (el viejo)
married to Juana Garcia de Ayala
However, I later found info that listed this Juan Fernandez as married to
Alondra Ponce de Leon.....And possibly his grandson (same name) married to
Juana Garcia de Ayala.
I don't know how much info this book actually has on the Padilla line -
thought it might help me straighten this out.
Thanks,
-Angelina-

I am familiar with the Ayalas who were in the lower nobility but still prominant with the Poncé and Velasco families in the 12-14 centuries. -Daniel Méndez del Camino
P.S> send the info or link you have.

BLASONS Y APELLIDOS, YES
Daniel you mentioned that you are familiar with the Ayalas in the 12-14
centuries.....do you know anything about a Juana Garcia de Ayala that
married Juan Fernandez de Padilla? They were the parents of Gutierre de
Padilla who married Leonor de Aguilar.
