Zacatecas, S/F Geronimo de Lerma, vecino dice que habiendo dado a Juan de la Villa Zorrilla, siendo sindico del convento de San Francisco, le otorgan una huerta llamada La Cieneguilla, por cargo de 2 vidas a pagar a dicho sindico y a los demas que le sucediesen 100 pesos de renta anual, pide que se le paguen 1000 pesos de mejoras que le ha hecho a la dicha huerta.
