My experience has been that translation of an entire webpage really never works well.
You best bet is to cut and paste the various parts. I did this an it worked. You'll need to do this page by page (or perhaps only a part of the page).
For civil birth records, it seems that the normal service this company provides is to get official copies for you. To correct a record is a legal process that they may not do, or you would to talk to them about specifically.
What do you need translated from the site? What is it you are looking for? I
