I have been researching some early 1800's with Jauregui, Pinon, and Contreras in Mexticacan and find some confusing entries with De Jauregui, De Xaurigue, Pinona, Contreras De Arse, Garcia and Gomes Jauregui; as they relate to Delgadillo Prieto. Any leads and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Jauregui, Pinon, and Contreras
Raymond,
In my experience with Jauregui or de Jauregui or Xauregui or Jaure, they are one
and the same. Sometimes they used the "De" and sometimes they did not use it.
I do know that the Delgadillo/Prieto intermarried quite a bit, not only in
Mexticacan but in Teocaltiche, Yahualica and Nochistlan.

Also, when going through the batches, I've seen variations beginning with G
or H.
