Her parents were Pedro Joseph de Castaneda and Maria Gertrudis Lopez (I am related to Rosalia through her father). Jose Antonio's parents were Marcos de Raigosa (also spelled Raygoza, Raygosa, Raigoza) and Ana de Santiago Mojarro (also spelled Moxarro). I am related to Jose Antonio Raigosa through his father, Marcos.

Here is a thought...
You're looking for Francisco Castaneda and Maria Tomasa Dias. Could this be
the couple?

Franco. De Castaneda married Maria Thomasa de Soria on Feb. 10, 1773  in
Tlaltenango de Sanchez Roman, Zac(familysearch.org, film 443970, image 191)

The record states that they are both from Charcuelos and the time period
makes it possible.
Francisco's parents are listed as Santiago Castaneda (his brother is Diego
de los Santos Castaneda that you mentioned) and Rufina de Balensuela. Maria
Thomasa's parents are listed as Lorenso de Soria and Gertrudis Juliana de
Loera. Maybe you can find some reference to "Soria" in their children's
baptismal or marriage records?

I have the Diego de los Santos Castaneda line in my tree several times, so
maybe be are related...

Over five years ago, I was researching, the line listed below. I was given some
facts that this was not my correct line. Any connection ladies?

married - Jacinta Llamas - June 1752 in Tlaltenango
son - Jose Mariano born about 1757
married Juana de Dios Puentes 2 Jan 1777 Tlaltenango
her parents Salvador Antonio Puentes & Antonia Juana Benita Pelayo
( I have some information on the Puentes/Munia & Pelayo/Cortes lines
I can share)

I worked on my line for many years, and have exhausted many avenues. I was hoping
to find where they may have lived prior to the Atolinga area.

Francisco Castaneda born about 1757 spouse Ma Tomasa Dias
all of their children were baptized in Tlaltenango however, the records indicated
they were from Atolinga - Charcuelos. 

Telesforo 1777 - Marcos 1780 - Tomas Antonio 1783 - J. Ylario 1785 -
Juana Gertrudis 1788 - Albina 1789 - Marcelina 1791
