I have reached a dead end in my research on the Huizares of Tototiche which ends with a couple who lived in Valparaíso in the late 1700s. Does anyone have any information on this family or where I could find further information on families that lived in Valparaíso during this time? Are these records in Huejuquilla, Jerez, nowhere?

The correct last name would be spelled, "Huizar" as there are a lot of people with that last name in Valparaiso and Huejuquilla.
But in the archives sometimes the recorder would mispell the name and could spell it "Guizar" like they would spell Valparaiso as "Balparaiso"
