Could someone tell me what city or town I will find Christening records for people born in El Tule, Aguascalientes in 1892-1900? I searched in Asiento's records, but I could not find them even thou I have an exact birth place (El Tule), and birth date. I am looking for my grandfather Miguel Reyes and his sister Anastasia. He married my grandmother - Reynald Rangel from Matamoros. I found both their crossover papers listing place of birth and also my grandfather's army registration document at the public library listing a birth date. Thank you.
El Tule
According to Pueblos America, this is a small community in the municipio of Asientos, so that is most likely where the records should be. Records could be out of order - since this is a separate town, the records could be separate from the other Asientos records. For this time period looking in the civil records should also be done.
Just in case the date you have is not correct, search a couple of years before and after your date.
If you do not find what you are looking for after a thorough search this may mean that the records were not microfilmed, or unfortunately were lost.

Miguel Reyes - Found
I found my grandfather. His name was Daniel Miguel Silva Reyes born in 1892 in El Tule, Asientos Aguascalientes. His father was Margarito Monreal Reyes - son of Cesario Reyes and Luz Monreal. His mother was Narcisa Silva - daughter of Benito Silva and Francisca Rodriguez. My great great grandfather is Guadalupe Reyes and my great great grandmother was Bictoriana Rosales. Also, Francisco Silva and Ysidra Sabala. My grandfather Miguel died in San Antonio, Texas in 1957. He had remarried Julia Ramos in the early twenties in Texas. My grandmother went on to marry Aniceto Villareal and settled in Dallas.
Baptismal and Civil Records
As you have probably discovered by now, the extracted baptismal records typically stop in the early 1880s, although microfilms will sometimes be available until the 1960s at Family Search.
Ancestry.com has indexed civil records. Births often go into the 1940s, with marriages and deaths often going later. Images are linked to the indexes. Coverage varies by state in Mexico, with Aguascalientes typically being quite good. You can frequently the access Ancestry through your local public library, or can can access it at any Family History Center.

Reyes or Rosales in Asientos, Aguascalientes
Now that I have found Daniel Miguel Silva Reyes I have a new puzzle to solve. His grand father was "Sesario Rosales Rosales" born in 1832 in El Sagrario, Aguascalientes. Both sets of Sesario's parents were "Rosales Vasquez". Sesario was born Rosales Rosales - his father was Raphael Rosales and Sesario was married as Rosales, BUT on all his children's birth records I found, he is Sesario "Reyes", listing his father as "Guadalupe Reyes" and his children therefore were Reyes including my father. I can't tell yet where Reyes came from. I know I have the correct Sesario on his marriage record and his children's birth records because his wife's name; Luz Monreal and her parents are exact and consistent. I don't know at this time where Reyes came from. It just begins to appear on the children's birth documents. On his wife's death record he uses Rosales, but on his own death record in Nava, he is listed as Reyes. I cannot find any records showing both names in union, only one or the other. His line goes back to Geronimo Rosales in the 1600's and Reyes has so far not appeared going back. Does anyone have any information on the Rosales/Vasquez line in Asientos" I apologize for this being so confusing.

Father's Name Only Civil Birth Record
Hello, could someone help me read this civil birth record from Nava? I believe it to be my father's but.....I don't read Spanish very well. Is my grandmother Reynalda Rangel's name not listed or acknowledged on this document, or am I just missing it? We always believed my father's birthday to be Jan 7, 1918, but there was never clarity if he was born in Texas or Mexico. His father's name is correct, and his father's age is exact, but I have not seen a record listing only the father before. My father Benny had an older brother Jesus Reyes, and an older sister named Juana Reyes born in Matamoros. His 1919 crossover papers at age one says he was born in Nava in 1918, but other later records list his birth place as Taylor, Texas. His father is from Aguascalientes and his mother from Matamoros.
