John Inclan's genealogies
Denise Fastrup
I have found Mr. Inclan's genealogies extremely helpful, and he also is good about providing the sources. His email address is on his webpage, which I don't have handy, but he's not hard to find on the net. (He has been good at responding to my inquiries, despite the fact he must get a lot of emails!)
I found it useful to google a name/surname I was interested in, together with "Inclan", and usually the relevant genealogy popped up. Try that, before you write him, as a lot of information is already easily available. I absolutely recommend using his genealogies as a way in to the maze of family history.
Regards
Denise

Yes, Based on my extensiv research on the Mendozas, all of them from Spain including the new world come from Pedro González, Señor de Mendoza. If any of you are a descendant of this very intelligent man, you are related to every Monarch of europe. There's only about 5 currently. We have to remember the great importance the Mendozas played in Spain. They are descended from the Kings of Navarra. The Isabel Hurtado de Mendoza from Jalisco, "her father was supposed to be Diego Hurtado de Mendoza who settled in los ALtos, but there's no proof! He came from Huelva, spain. Its hard to track down this Diego because in the same time period there was over 7 Diego Hurtado de Mendozas. I come from several lines from PEdo de Mendoza, but this is my main line.

John Inclan's e-mail address appears on that SomosPrimos website:
fromgalveston@yahoo.com
I hope he answers you. He has never responded to me. He seems to have done a lot of research and has accessed many resources that many of us have not. He also generously shares much of his research for free via genealogy websites.
Sure, we at Nuestros Ranchos can find commons ancestors in Jalisco, Zacatecas and Aguascalientes, but not all branches have descendants in Tamaulipas, Nuevo Leon, Chihuahua, Texas and New Mexico.
I see you have Arellano in your ancestry. I have Felix de Arellano.

Ronald,
I am familiar with Inclan's research and it is well respected.
Also, and independent of Inclan's research, I can confirm through my own
research in my family tree, that Isabel Hurtado de Mendoza (aka Isabel
Velasco de Mendoza and wife of Toribio Hernandez de Arellano) was the
daughter of Ana Maria de Cardenas Francisco Hurtado de Mendoza, Marquez de
Almazan... ... and on and on for many generations.
Where do you tie in with this line?

Hola Efrain,Its kind of hard to tell how I tie in with Isabel Hurtado de Mendoza and Toribio Hernandez de Arellano. I can give you a round about number, its a mess .
Isabel and Toribio 2 daughters---
1)Maria hurtado de Mendoza Married to Rodrigo Olivares
4 daughters -
a)Isabel Olivares la Menor married to Juan Jimenez
2 of this couple children are my ancestors
b) Isabel Hurtado de Mendoza married to Luis Padilla Davila
1 child of this couple are my ancestor
c) Catalina de Mendoza married to Manuel Gomez
2 of this couple are my ancestors
d) Francisca Hurtado de Mendoza married to Francisco Gutierrez Rubio
2 of this couple are my ancestors plus through their children
2) Isabel Sanchez de Mendoza married to Alvaro Ornelas
1 child of this couple os my ancestor
Efrain ,I'm not counting because I get confused ,I also have more ancestor hook up via through the children of the people have mentioned. This is just fraction of the confusion or mess I have in my backround .There is so much intermarriage in my backround its mind boggling,so when I sign off saying ---Ronnie Reynoso pariente acasi todos de Los Altos de Jalisco ---I pretty close .
I probably related to almost every major Founder of all of the towns in Los Altos . I would venture to say I'm probably related to almost every body in Nuestros Ranchos that have ancestors in the Los Altos area. To me this is kind of freaky/wierd but if it didn't happen this way I would not have been born ,so I guess I really can't complain for the actions of my ancestors.
I await your reply

Hello, Ronnie! I didn't know youre a descnendant of Alvaro de Ornelas! I guess were related again. According to the marriage info on the film and other sources on the internet. This Alvaro Ornelas was child of Mem de Ornelas, who was a granchild of the great Alvaro Ornelas, Lord of Ornelas. I have his genealogy if you want it. The Ornelas come from Joao I, King of Portugal.

Just a short note, isn't that the same thing as saying we're all related to Adam and Eve?
