Search Technique
I have also found some of my Ledesma in familysearch as Deledesma.
One more suggestion would be
De La Torre Deledesma
and other variants as Joseph suggests. Wish I had more on the De La Torre line. The one I was working on was in Tepatitlan. We could have a link here, but so far nothing seems familiar.
Maureen
Search Technique
I have a 176 de la Torre in my files from Jerez Zacatecas Mexico and from Jalisco Mexico. My files are on Rootsweb.com. If you put Andres de la Torre, abt 1850 in the family tree search box it will take you to my files then you can go to the index to see if I have any names you are interested in.
good luck in your search,
Linda Castanon-Long in Gold River, B.C.

Dear Linda:
I searched, but no link yet. I have been busy with my other Genealogy
projects, so have not worked much on my Alviso/Jaurequi lines. The De La
Torre line is linked with the Jaurequi's in Tepatitlan. Rick Rodriquez has
researched some of the De La Torre's in my line. I guess the marriage of
Juliana de la Torre and Antonio Gonzalez does not have their parents listed,
so I may be at a standstill. I still need to check on their children's
baptisms. Maybe someday we will find a link.
