The record says that Emeterio Delgadillo was from Hipalco. Sometimes they spelled it as Ipalco, Ypalco or Rio Ypalco. In this instance it's just Hipalco.
 
As for hija legitima de Marcelino Prieto y Refugio Cruz, what follows doesn't provide any additional backgroud information. It appears to be Catholic church wording required by the diocese with no refernce to the birth or baptism, it refers to church doctrine requirements for the pastor.

I would like to humbly ask for assistance in reading a marriage entry.  I have found a Family Search image and cannot make out some details such as: the place Emeterio Delgadillo lives, and the part after 'hija legitima de Marcelino Prieto y Refugio Cruz que viven, .......'

https://www.familysearch.org/search/image/show#uri=https%3A//api.family…, and appears in Nochistlan, Matrimonion 1883-1887, image 244 of 519.  There is a handwritten '374' at the top of the page stamped '188'.

Although the handwriting is beautiful, the image quality on my screen is difficult to read.
 
Any assistance in the translation is greatly appreciated.
