I'm trying to locate the Informaccion Matrimonial entry for Diego Villalobos and Ana Jimenes who were married in El Sagrario, Aguascalientes. I found the marriage: Image 67. It seems the dates on both possible books lead up to this date: October 1676 then suddenly lead off to a much later date.
For anyone looking I found some entries in the Informacion Matrimonial 1671-1678 that are actually dated 1685-1696 on images 144-205.
Thank you for your interest.

Diego Villalobos Y Ana Jimenes Marriage 28 Oct 1676
Hello Deedra,
I assume you are looking for something to prove who the parents of Diego de
Villalobos and Ana Jimenez were. The answer to the parents of Diego de
Villalobos can be found by using the dispensa on 3 Feb 1786 microfilm 168070
for the marriage of Miguel Ignacio López and Teresa de Villalobos.
https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.3.1/TH-1-18401-10098-46?cc=1874591&wc…
That shows he was the son of Francisco de Villalobos Pérez and María Macias
[Valadez] (alias Vázquez de Retamosa daughter of Gaspar Macias Valadez and
Mariana de Torres or de la Torre) married 22 May 1640 in Teocaltiche.
https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.3.1/TH-1-19053-2891-27?cc=1874591&wc=…
There is another dispensa, on April 1727 in microfilm 168370, for the
marriage of Ignacio Villalobos to Catarina Villalobos who married 27 May
1727 in Aguascalientes that shows that Diego de Villalobos was a first
cousin of Pedro de Villalobos [Macias Valadez] Pedro was the father of
Ignacio Villalobos and son of Tomás de Villalobos Pérez and Catarina Macias
Valadez y Villegas. That proves Tomás was the brother of Francisco, meaning
were the sons of Cristóbal de Villalobos and María Pérez Madaleno o
Magdaleno married 19 October 1594 Santa Veracruz, Santa Veracruz, Distrito
Federal of which I have a copy. Thanks to a find by Luis Nuñez Gornes
brought to my attention by Celestino Villalobos, who also published this
info here on NR recently, we believe Cristóbal was born 18 April 1567 in
Mayorga de Campos, Valladolid, Castilla y León, España. María Pérez Madaleno
seems to be the daughter of Cristóbal Pérez López and María Magdaleno
Hernández married 19 December 1577 Santa Veracruz, D.F
A dispensa June 1755 microfilm 168376 for the marriage of Juan de Villalobos
to Catarina Rosalia Lechuga Flores shows that Ana JImenez was the daughter
of Catarina Carrillo who was the sister of Teresa Carrillo who was the
mother of María Díaz who was the mother of Miguel Lechuga husband of Maria
Flores Oliva and father of Catarina Rosalia. The name Teresa might be an
error because the only Carrillo I can find that had children with a Diaz is
Jacinta Carrillo with Diego Díaz Montañez. I know there was a Teresa
Carrillo but she married Nicolás de Villalobos Macías Valadez on 27 April
1664 in Teocaltiche. Although she could have remarried a Diaz. Catarina
Carrillo married Juan Jiménez on 21 January 1648 in Teocaltiche. That record
shows her to be the daughter of Diego Carrillo [de Sandi] (the son of Alvaro
Carrillo and María Alvarez de Sand) and María López.
Hopefully someone else here can provide missing info about these families.
Saludos
Armando

Aguascalientes Matrimonial Investigations
Deedra
There are many gaps in the early matrimonial investigations for Aguascalientes, as well as the documents not being in chronological order.
There are none at all for 1676; I have indexed them all through 1729. The indexes for 1720 and before are posted here at NR. I am currently working on the next 10 years (I'm presently working on the volume for 1730). The volume for 1730 has numerous MIs from 1731 and 1732 (almost all indios), as well as those for 1730.
Please see http://www.nuestrosranchos.org/node/18014
The two files are pdfs (searchable) with the investigations in chronological order. I have generally kept the original spelling, keep in mind the old spellings (b and v may be interchanged, also j and x, and so on).
