Iv'e been trying to look for this individuals marriage record but really can't find it all i can find is the baptism of their kids and it's and confusing how some baptisms record says that the son or daughter is born in some other place like this one

It's really confusing but im pretty sure well sort of that this is their daughter
I descend from their nephew Jose Julian Delgadillo he married Ana Petronila Delgadillo
And i actually never heard of this last name Sotomayor?

Some of my sotomayor ancestors would use Soto. Or. The compound name Martinez de Sotomayor or Martin de Sotomayor. Most used Martin de Sotomayor. They were from Tepa. Jalos Teocaltiche and aguas.

Sotomayor is not an unusual name.

Sonia Sotomayor, as an example, is an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court, having been appointed in 2009. In her case, she is of Puerto Rican descent, and not Mexican.
