Hello
I am going through baptisms for Aguascalientes in the late 1700's for espanoles. I came across something odd - baptism of twin girls (last name Guerrero) who are given the exact same name. Plus, in the entry immediately preceding, yet another girl (Gonzales) with the same given name:
Maria Francisca del Rosario.
That's three girls, same given names, same date of baptism (6 oct. 1795), all espanol. Here's the link:

These have nothing to do with my research,but if both twin girls survived into adulthood and had children, it must have been confusing for them! And from our perspective, it might look like one Maria who had two husbands...
Has anyone ever seen anything like this?
