Joseph this message doesn't seem to show up on the Nuestros Ranchos
website. Has anyone been looking into the fact that some messages don't get
posted and that some posts don't get emailed?

Looking For 1827 Dispensa
The Dispensas were only required if the couple getting married had some kind of family relation (by blood, by marriage, by "illicit relations", etc.). I don't know if all the marriage permits listed in the Dispensas have duplicate entries in the Información matrimonial records. That's a good question.
So, family relation of some kind, you MUST get a Dispensa; no family relation at all, you are OK just with Información matrimonial.

Looking For 1827 Dispensa
I know for sure that there are marriages where the Información Matrimonial record is available as well as the dispensa as well as the regular marriage record.
I think that the Información Matrimonial records that can't be found are simply missing. Just as many baptism and marriage records are simply missing.
