I started to pick up on going through the testament microfilm I had gone through. I was seeing “Hacienda De Tequesquite” year 1844. Saw this list of what looks like salaries of people:

Then I also saw mentioned “Estancia de San Antonio” year 1650 and the signer or writer seems to be Antonio De Medina Orosco
I also saw “En este Diego Villa De La Purificacion” year 1656:

Can someone tell me what it is saying about “de la madera” in these:

In your first pictures (on the testament) it seams they are talking about a place "Alonso de la Madera" or could it be a place owned by him you probably know better, they are selling the items and mention the price at the end, I couldn't make up what were they except by "una onza de puntilla negra, se deja en un peso" (second link). Los "borseguis" (on the first link) are if I am not mistaken boots.
As for the map the 21 is "Rancho de Matorales" (Matorrales) which are bushes, hope it helps a little.
