I hope this is the right place to introduce myself. I am here because of my children and grandchildren, descendants of the Bernals from Aguascalientes. Most of the ancestors are from Asientos, but other Ranchos (I think they're ranchos) are the following: Jaltomate, Santa Rita, Chalchihuites, San Jose de Garcia, Rincón de Romos, Rancho La Carreta, Tepesala, and Sierra de Pinos. On a personal note, I lived in Mexico for 20 years (12 in México, DF, and 8 in Xalapa, Veracruz) where I played with several of the symphony orchestras. I am living in Canada since 1986. My children were both born in Mexico City. My son and his 3 boys live in Australia, and my daughter, here in Canada, with her son and daughter. We all adore Mexico and return whenever we can.

I hope to find out more about the Ranchos, of course. I've started reading....
