Who is this Bernardino de Sandoval who was born approximately in the 1630s? I am not sure if I am reading the documents right, but it seems Jeromino de Sandoval (Magdalena de Lavezares) has a brother name Bernardino.
From the first section of documents,
- Jeromino de Sandoval is the son of Catalina Cortes - image 129 of 512
- Juan and Cristobal de Sandoval are brothers, sons of Jeromino de Sandoval - image 130 of 512
Then from second section of documents,
- I believe it says Bernardino de Sandoval is the uncle of Juan de Sandoval - image 325 of 512, left side, third line from the bottom.

- Bernardino de Isla - N

I think in the second set of…
I think in the second set of documents the cited Juan Moscoso Sandoval is alive. Therefore it cannot be the one married to Catalina Cortes nor his son. It does say Bernardino is the "tio" of the Juan Moscoso Sandoval in the documents.
I cannot say for sure who this Bernardino is but he could be of the generation of Juan Moscoso y Sandoval and Catalina Cortes' children or a child of one of their earliest children. He could be a child of Mariana Moscoso y Sandoval Cortes and Bernardino Gonzalez de Islas for example.
Sorry I couldnt be much help
From these documents it says…
From these documents it says that Bernardino de Sandoval (born ~1630s) is the uncle of Juan de Sandoval (son of Jeronimo de Sandoval and Magdalena de Laverazes, husband of Maria Duran) and therefore the brother of Jeronimo de Sandoval (Magdalena de Laverazes), which can then be inferred that this Bernardino de Sandoval is the son of Juan de Moscoso y Sandoval (Catalina Cortes).
The issue is that I am not aware of any other document saying this or suggesting that Juan de Moscoso y Sandoval (Catalina Cortes) had a son named Bernardino de Sandoval.
From the first section of documents,
Then from second section of documents, which includes pretty much the all the same people
