Basque Country consists of the provinces of Álava, Guipúzcoa and Vizcaya.
Ruiz de Esparza and Udabe are from Navarra where there are a lot of people
that speak Euskera (Basque language). Romo de Vivar is from the town of
Vivar in the province of Burgos in Castilla y León.

I am unable to find the marriage record in film 639755. Which image number
is it found in?

María Josefa Romo was the granddaughter of Luis Romo and Maria Ana Ruiz who
had Maria Dolores, Maria Faustina, and Antonio (the father of Maria Josefa
Romo). Maria Faustina was baptized 20 Feb 1748 in Teocaltiche. Any idea who
the parents of Luis Romo and Maria Ana Ruiz were? If not I would suggest to
also search for them in the above volume of información matrimonial and the
