I see that you have one date for a marriage in Panuco but I cannot estimate dates for other events because I cannot tell whether 1st generation is older or younger than 2nd generation, etc., i.e. is Jose Maria Santelices Francisco Santelices father or son or neither?

I do not understand what you mean when you say you have "completed a PAF5." Do you mean you have downloaded the software?
What you will need to do is enter every name that you have of your genealogy. For those where it is oral history that gave you the information, enter the name and date of the interview as the source. For the marriage you found in Panuco, enter the film and batch number as the source. Have you seen the actual document? It should list both the bride and groom's parents and likely their places of birth as well.
Once you have entered all of the names, you should be able to print out a report into an RTF (rich text) document which you can then upload to your member genealogy folder.
Have you downloaded the Nuestros Ranchos User Guide? It explains many of these steps.

I may have a Master's Degree, but I'd be the first to admit, I'm not computer savvy. Sorry. I have a PAF5 icon on my desktop, so I believe it's downloaded. I'm focusing on my mother's side of my family for now. Both my parents are deceased and I have no documentation of her birthplace or date. I've viewed the films from Villa Garcia and Aguascalientes (there is conflict as to where she was born) that spanned years and have found neither her or either of her two brothers (deceased before I was born). My grandparents were also deceased before I was born; all I have is their names, no documentation. Does all this constitute oral history? The only documentation I have is of my greatgrandparents marriage on a Panuco film #1092766 that I checked out and actually viewed twice and made a hard copy. Only the fathers of the bride and groom were mentioned (which I was thrilled to find)with no birthplaces of anyone. I've viewed about 11 films investigating different angles and f

I've spent many hours compiling 30plus pages of Onates, Santelices, Candelas, and Valderramas from the group's file collection (for future use)with no real connection, only speculation. Don't worry, none of these names are entered into my PAF! Do you want me to upload the scant information I've completed on my PAF? Come on, I must have a primo out there!!! I've issued APB's for 19th and 20th Century Onates, Santelices, Candelas, and Valderramas with no results. Any help would be greatly appreciated technical or otherwise. Thanks so much. Alice

It looks like you are on the right path. Please enter the names starting with your mother that you have. It sounds like lots of it is oral history, so just note it as such. The fact that there are only three or four generations is fine. What is important is that those few generations' information is clearly laid out and anyone seeing your chart can tell who is whose father, etc. I cannot tell this that from the information you now have in your folder.
Once you have entered all of the names, notes and sources, select your mother from the list of individuals, pull down the File Menu and Select "Print Reports." Select the "Books" tab and you will have the choice of printing an Ahnentafel (ancestry) chart or a Modified Register (descendancy) chart. If it is your mother, you should print out an Ahnentafel for her.

If you are unsure about your mother's birthplace but you know she was born in Mexico, I would suggest you try to locate her social security application, which should list her parents name as well as place of birth as well as her immigration record. Do you know what year she immigrated and through what border crossing?

Do you mind uploading a scan of the marriage document that you have from Panuco or at least transcribing it? Also, taking a lead from Daniel, if the registro de matrimonio does not list parents or place names, perhaps the informacion matrimonial does. Have you yet looked at this film?
