I just went through the films for Zacatecas and wondered if there is a way to put the film numbers in order by catagory and sequence? It would help to keep us from entering duplicate film or batch numbers.
Just a suggestion.

I have found that once you enter the film#, title, number, years etc into the program, it will automatically add them in the proper order.
First find the city/town where you want to enter film #'s, make a printout of the films already on file for that city, then before making an entry I check to see if the film number is there and if not I enter the title exactly as it is in the database. For example if it already says marriages that is how I write it, not marriage. If I write marriage instead of marriages it will position it in a new category, new sequence.
