I'm not familiar with the town of Huejucar Jalisco but my Aunt who's family is from there has asked if I could find anything on her families there.
Her parents were Salvador Banuelos and Emma Madrid no dates but approx. 1900 in Huejucar
Salvadors parent Issac Banuelos and Teodora or Todora Flores abt 1875
Teodora Flores's parents were Marcos Flores and Andrea Sandoval married 19 Feb 1867 in Huejucar
Salvadors parents were Santos Banuelos and Leonides Quesada married 20 April 1871 in Huejucar.
I've found children for these parents but no parents for Santos Banuelos or Leonides Quesada. My Aunt was told that Santos father was Francisco Banuelos from Spain but I've found nothing to prove that. Is anyone working any of these lines from Huejucar Jalisco Mexico?
Thanks, Linda in Everett

Banuelos Quesada in Huejucar Jalisco
Hi Linda and Joseph--
Yes, Linda, your aunt is related to me and Joseph through the Banuelos family. I have her ancestry for some generations back. I collect as much information on the Banuelos and related families of Huejucar, Jalisco. I'll email you off the group so we can exchange information.
So far I have your aunt as my 3rd cousin once removed, and Joseph as her 5th cousin once removed. Almost all of the Banuelos from Huejucar are related and are from Rancho Las Bocas.
Rosalinda

Banuelos Quesada in Huejucar Jalisco
Rosalinda, you and Joseph are angels! It's a wonderful Christmas present for my Aunt Virginia Banuelos Gutierrez, she's married to my mothers brother. She's originally from Greenfield California where her parents settled when they immigrated to this country.
She's been trying to find her family history and had another relative give her a chart which appears to be wrong since it says that Santo's Banuelos father was from Spain.. Thank you so much and I will contact her and get as much information abt her line as I can.
I love this group! Linda in Everett

Rejoice the Banuelos Quesada in Huejucar Jalisco Have Found One
Well I think this is kind of a first. I've seen members make connections
with each other but not members mention their relatives and some of the
their non-related lineages and then have some in the group make
connections with those. Regardless of how it happens it is always time
to rejoice when family that was lost finds itself. Thanks Linda for
helping us find each other.
okay I have cousins that are not in the group that are Enriquez and
Godoy and Palafox and Mejia all from the ranchos around Colotlan, Santa
Maria de Los Angeles and Sauz de Los Marquez.
