My husband's great-grandmother was Marciana Cervantes, born in Encarnacion de Diaz, Jalisco in 1869. She was the daughter of Ysac Cervantes, born in Encarnacion de Diaz in 1836. Ysac was the son of Dorotea Cervantes who was born in 1798 in Encarnacion de Diaz. The father of Dorotea was Juan Jose or Jph Anto. Cerbantes who married a Ma. Juliana Rubalcaba, and his father was Jose Cervantes. His mother was Magdalena Narvaes. That is as far as I have been able to trace that line.
