I have done quite a bit of research for Paso de Sotos (now Villa Hidalgo). My family was in the area throughout the 1800s, if not earlier. Did you have something to share?
If you have GoogleEarth you can see Villa Hidalgo in high resolution. Lots
of detail down to every street and even the color of the cars and buses
parked outside the main shopping center. Take a look, you'll be amazed if
you haven't seen it before. You might even be able to pinpoint your
relative's homes.
