Joseph,
1) Is Jose Antonio Godoy, married to Ma. Candelaria de Orozco, brother of Jose Maria Godoy, married to Juana Eledesma Velasco? I estimated there are approximateley 40 yrs between them. This is why I'm not sure they are brothers.
2) For the following, I'm going to assume each male became a father at the late age of 40 years old.
Jose Antonio Godoy got married to Ma. Candelaria de Orozco in 1766
Assume his son Jose Francisco Godoy was born in 1786, got married at 40 years old, making him a father in 1826.
Jose Francisco Godoy, born 1826, has a son when he 40 yrs old making Jose Romualdo born in 1866.
Romualdo, born 1866, has a daughter, your mother, when he 40 yrs old making your mother born in 1906.
Your mother, born 1906, has a son, Joseph Puentes, when she is 30 yrs old, making Joseph born in 1936.
Does this timeline make since?

I have a cousin who is not a group member and would like to know if any
of the Godoy researchers know of any of these folks:
Francisco Godoy who was married to Rosa Maria de llamas in 1704, his
parents are Nicolos Godoy and Brigida. Their son Francisco Xavier
Godoy was born in Sept 8, 1712 and married Maria Antonia Casas on Sept.
18, 1741. their son Jose Anttonio godoy married Maria candelaria de
Orozco on May 26, 1766. Their son Jose Francisco Godoy married Maria
Juana Nepomucena Renteria. their son Jose Romualdo Godoy married Maria
Mucia Palafox who are my grandparents. Most of my Godoy family is from
Tlaltenango de Sanchez Roman and I found some family in Rancho de los Llamas
thanks for you help,
joseph
