I am researching the family of my grandfather, Casimiro Rodriguez, b: July 1906, Mascota, Jalisco to Casimiro Rodriguez Amaral(b:1864)and Lucia Hurtado Salcedo b:1871 Mascota,Jal. Casimiro Rodriguez,Sr. was the son of Cesario Rodriguez and Trinidad Amaral.
My grandfather's mother, Lucia Hurtado, was the daughter of Jose Maria Hurtado or Urtado and Ursula Salcedo (married 26 Nov 1870 in Mascota, Jal.)

I was wondering if there is a family relation with my gr.gr. grandfather, Jose Maria Hurtado and Petronila Hurtado, the mother of the Catholic martyr, St. Jose Ma Hurtado Robles who was also born in Mascota, Jal.

My research also found Simona Rodriguez Amaral (baptized 1860), sister of Casimiro Rodriguez Amaral and Jose de Jesus Hurtado Salcedo (baptized 1873), brother of Lucia Hurtado Salcedo.
