I came across an entry with the names Mariana de Garibay wife of Diego Lopez in documents from Morelia in the latter half of the 1500's. I can see that some members are interested in the Garibays so here is the link:

I am no expert on colonial Spanish, so I cannot say what the entries are about, especially since this "book" is a collection of various kinds of documents.
The name "Conde de Coruna",the viceroy of New Spain, also turned up, on image 487 in a text signed by Pedro Gutierrez
And on image 486 one can see the signature of Marco Antonio Colonna, on an entry written at least partly in Italian. He was an Italian duke and also a general. No idea what his link is to Mexico...
