Is anyone able to tell me if Tomasina Velasco y Quevedo, married to Matias Lara Xiron, and Tomasina Velasco who was married to Francisco Beltran Cuevas is the same person?

For Tomasina Velasco and Matias Lara Xiron I have that their daughter, Josefa Xiron, was born in Tecolotlan, Jalisco in 1675:

This couple had two sons that I have been able to locate:
Francisco Cuevas born 1682 in Tecolotlan
