I descend from this couple on my mom's side, but I haven't done any research on them. But, my guess is that Agustín Pérez is the same as Juan Agustín Pérez Franco married to Ana María de Lomelín. That would make María de los Dolores Cuéllar his second wife. If he is the same, and I think he is, he's the Son of Francisco Pérez Franco and Teresa Martín del Campo seen here:
