Does anyone have ancestors from here? Does anyone know the history? I just realized today that the official name is San Jose de los Marquez. Some of my family from there is Marquez.

A town dance or gathering during colonial times. Meeting people from other villages, towns, haciendas, ranchos at the dance.

I am asking if anyone has connection to the "Angon" surname in the Zacatecas/Jalisco area?

I am looking for descendants of Descendants of Jose Maria Gonzalez and Maria de Jesus Navarro. They were married on 30/Oct/1815 in Tepatitlan Jalisco

Hello, could someone tell me where "La Joya" is located? I believe I found a document from a relative that states he is from La Joya, Mexico.

Now I need some help with Información matrimonial. I found a record in FamilySearch for Placido Xavier and Maria Antonia Bernardina De Los Reyes with a marriage date of 4 May 1757 in El Sagragrio.
