Busco la conexicón entre mi familia y el condado de La Valenciana. Aun que he logrado bastante no he podido entroncar con el Conde, me interesa esta línea.

Mi pariente Carlos Joseph de Jesús María de Camino Trasgallo casó María Loreto del Valle el 1 de agosto de 1819 en Real de Asientos, Aguascalientes, México.

Entre otros tuvieron Francisca de Camino Trasgallo quien casó al Lic. José Isidro Calera y Obregón el 2 de julio de 1855 en el Sagrario de Aguascalientes. El Licenciado era hijo de Manuel Alejandro Calera y María de Jesús Josefa de Obregón. Los dichos casaron el 22 de julio de 1820 en Aguascalientes.

Josefa de Obregón era natural de León, Guanajuato donde se efectuó su bautismo el 12 de junio de 1799. Hija de Pedro Antonio de Obregón y María Ana Joaquina del Árbol y Bonilla. Mariana fue bautizada el 28 de abril de 1762 en San Juan de los Lagos hija de Francisco Manuel del Árbol y Bonilla; y María Antonia Enríquez del Castillo.

Lo que me interesa que los Obregón son de Guanajuato, todavía no sé el vínculo entre mi Obregón y Antonio de Obregón y Alcocer.

Hello everyone,

There was some doubt as to who the mother of Salvador de Villalobos was since his confirmation in 1648 had her as Juana Balades. However that document has a list of a lot of names and could have been error due to that. I have seen names scratched out and corrected in quite a few documents. After finally ordering and checking the sources of information by Jaime Holcombe Isunza I was able to find documents that show that he is actually the son of Catarina Macías Valadez. I asked Javier Sanchiz Ruiz, a professional genealogist which documents I should use to determine who the mother of Salvador is and he said he would go with what the son had said.

Estaba en duda que Salvador de Villalobos era hijo de Catarina Macías Valadez porque en su confirmación en 1648 su madre es mencionada como Juana Balades. Hace poco me llegó una copia de la hoja familiar de la familia Villalobos que entregó Jaime Holcombe Isunza y por las fuentes que citó pude encontrar documentos que comprueba que Salvador es hijo Catarina Macías Valadez. Pregunté al genealogista profesional cual documento debería usar como fuente y dijo que optara por lo que dijo el hijo, o sea lo que digo Salvador quien era su madre.

Creo que solamente por este matrimonio y la dispensa antes mencionada sabemos que el esposo de Francisca Martín del Campo era hijo de Tomás de Villalobos. Además, por tener parentesco de tercero con cuarto grado de consanguinidad sabemos que Pedro Macías Valadez y Leonor Vásquez Retamosa, madre de Juana Bautista de Alba, fueron hermanos. Aquí sigue la transcripción del matrimonio como se encuentra en el libro de Mario Gómez Mata.

Espero que con esto podemos estar de acuerdo que la madre de Salvador de Villalobos fue Catarina Macías Valadez.

Marques de Los Olivos widower of Magdalena Valenzuela and then married
to Monica Josepha Rosalesl. He was from the Sauz de Los Marquez area. If

When I was scrolling through archives at the LDS History Center years ago, I came across a Census of ever rancho in our pueblo of Jalisco during the year 1810. It listed all the names of every person living in each rancho. I made copies, but now I don't have the copies.

I can't remember the old word for census that it was under. I want to go back and make some more copies of them.

I am researching Jauregui (Jaurequi, as well as many other variations) My Jauregui's were in San Miguel El Alto records and also Valle de Guadalupe. I have two microfilms coming from the LDS for Valle de Guadalupe, Births 1904-1916 and deaths 1904-1942. If anyone wants me to look for anything in those files, let me know.

I go through the files entry by entry as I have found that the indexes are sometimes incomplete and there are sometimes bonus files outside the LDS dates listed and also I have sometimes pieced together families by looking at the grandparents names and the patrons names on the baptism. Note also, I have found that sometimes LDS microfilms on their online database have only been partially put into the database. So if you are looking online at LDS beware of this. San Miguel El Alto microfilm 0279430 and Batch C603299, I found about half of that film was not online. I know this by trying to search for the records I had found from this film in the online database to make sure I was deciphering the names correctly. So if you are looking through the batches online to view everyone on that film be aware of this. If you do not know how to view entries on a microfilm online by clicking on the batch, let me know and I will send instructions.

I have just started adding my research to the file folders. I do my initial research in Excel and then enter them into a GEDCOM family file. I must convert from Excel to Word without messing up my file too much!!! I prefer entering into Excel files as searching is easier and I can extend the lines almost indefintely. I will check out some of my Jaurequis and try to download that file next for you. I will let you know in the meantime if we have any matches.

También encontré una hermana de AGUSTIN AVALOS AGUILAR,nacida el 10 de octubre de 1873, bautizada en el Sagrario de Sant Domingo, Zac.Zac.Mi abuela se trasladó desde muy chica, a esta ciudad, ya que decía que al nacer su hermana JUANA, murió su madre y su padre las trajo a Torreón, dandolas en custodia con una Sra, llamada Rosario, y de ahí casose con SERAPIO DE LA CRUZ AVILA, formando su familia, y poosteriormente murió el 07 abr 1963.

New records have been posted on Family Search for Nayarit, Chiapas, and San Luis Potosi. The coverage for each state appears variable; with San Luis Potosi being somewhat limited.

There has also been an update made to the 1930 Census.

I am originally from Arizona and have used this site for several years and have uncovered lots of info in the death and birth certificates. Many of our ancestors who settled in western United States passed through Arizona and may have worked there (and possibly died in Arizona), married and had children there before settling in other states, especially California. This web site shows both death and birth certificates. The images provided are limited to Arizona for BIRTHS that occurred at least 75 YEARS AGO, and DEATHS that occurred at least 50 YEARS AGO. Hello my Nuestros Ranchos Family, I need help finding the parents of Francisco Xavier Covarrubias who was married to Ysabel Avila 30 May 1770 in Tlaltenango. He was married previously to Getrudis Zaldana. I suspect his parents were Augustin Covarrubias and Ana Peres de Texeda, but not sure, need Proof. I have checked the baptismals and the marriage information only goes up to Feb 1770.

I was looking for 5% and got 2.5% is it possible that there are another
15 people out there that would care to join in the indexing project? Be
patient with me I'll be asking for just a few more emails and then
settle for what we have. I would like 15 more people to join us in
committing 30 minutes per week to this indexing project for the states
of Jalisco, Zacatecas y Aguascalientes.
